Parker Leppien

Auburn University, Senior Producer

Parker Leppien is in his second year as a senior producer at Auburn Athletics and helps oversee the live broadcasts that originate out of Auburn’s control rooms for ESPN. Parker has spent the last six years helping with the SEC Network project at both Auburn and the University of Missouri. In addition to producing live sporting events, Parker has also helped with cost analysis reports at Auburn. While at Missouri, he helped start the Mizzou Network as a graduate assistant before becoming Missouri’s lead producer when the SEC Network started in 2014. Outside of live events, Parker has also done on-camera reporting and produced/directed a hour long documentary on Missouri’s 2007 football team. The SEC Network has recognized Parker and his team the last two years with awards at its annual conference and last year won a CSMA for Outstanding Live Game Production.

Prior to his time in sports television, Parker spent time as a local TV reporter and producer at KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri and three years as a radio play-by-play announcer. He holds a M.B.A. from the Trulaske School of Business at Missouri and a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Missouri’s School of Journalism.
